L’industrie Pizzeria - West Village

This is neck and neck with John’s of Bleeker for best pie in the city. This is the perfect cook/dough. Thin and crispy but airy so it’s not like a cracker. Still has the char flavor. Only thing it could have done for me would have been a little more flair in a cheese blend. Maybe slightly richer tomato or more sauce? This is elite za. Could hang with the best of the best anywhere
