Taking the reigns of my top Detroit style in the state I went with the plain and motor city pies that I’d say the score is for both. Both pies crusts were super crispy, buttery and really carry the flavor from the oil in the pans. Incredibly light and pillowy in the interior just like this style should have covered by a blanket of gooey mozz and rich zesty sauce with grated pecorino atop and shredded basil. The motor city adds the charred cup pepperoni that I opted for the hot honey with providing the killer flavor contrast. This style is quickly growing on me and the perfect place for a date night as the modern industrial vibes are perfect to impress with great and fast friendly service. Must try pizzadventure!!!
