Famed Pizza Spot - Friday night, outside table. Wait 30 mins for seat. We were lucky. 1 hour wait for pie. Pepperoni. Great taste. No char. Small flop. Neapolitan undercarriage. Great crunch. Crust blew up like pillows all around. Tasty. Sauce/cheese balance perfect. Satisfying. Not quite a 9+. Very solid pizza. One of the best.

I don’t think it’s possible to make a better pizza

Lived up to the hype, crispy and chewy at the same time! Amazing pizza can’t wait to go back again someday!

Awesome pizza! Ordered half cheese half pepperoni. Crust and sauce were perfect. Get in line by 3pm to get a reservation.

If you put it #1 all time… I couldn’t disagree. No flaws whatsoever. This place should be a top priority for all pizza raters. Must hit spot

Lived up to the hype. Best sauce I may have ever had, the crust is just ridiculous, and despite some minor flop, it’s top 2 all time that I’ve had in terms of taste. I will say, the pepperoni pizza and the calzone are just absolutely unreal- a wild overall top scale experience.. arguably both better than the cheese pie. But overall.. in Dave’s words.. it is absolutely in the conversation (for the best pizza out there).

Either I had an off night or the Pizza had an off night. I’m definitely gonna go back to try it again. I'm my opinion it was lacking something. The cheese and Cross were very good. Do I think it lived up to the hype. In my opinion. No but I will go back to try it again.

Amazing slice

I’ve probably ate 13 different pizzas in the last week, and out of all of them this was the one I looked forward to eating the most, but I cannot understand how this was rated so highly. It was mediocre compared to some of the other top places I went to. The ingredients were fresh but it was a floppy mess and the cheese and toppings slid right off of it. Definitely could have been firmer. Highly underwhelming compared to what I was expecting. I was hoping to have my dick blown off and leaving disappointed it didn’t happen.

Not sure what could even make this pie any better it’s so good. Definitely add garlic :) Also maybe the best sauce & basil I’ve ever had.

Like di fara’s but thinner and less grease (that’s a good thing). Calzone great too.

Lucky to get in a phone order this evening. Couldn’t leave NY without trying this and thank goodness I didn’t. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio and the crust was one of the best I’ve ever had. Do not miss out on this gem.

Great pizza obviously but didn’t touch di faras for me…no way. I wanted more flavor. To be stopped in my tracks. Just felt like I was eating good pizza.

it’s really good. do i think the scoring here is a little influenced by the hype, a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy? yes does the ambiance and waiting investment impact the ratings? yes still, it’s very good. perhaps slightly overcheesed

Very good. I don't enjoy burnt ends too much but very good pizza. Pepperoni was kind of greecey

Simply amazing. Best pizza I’ve ever had, worth the wait. Arrived at 4:30 to get on list, in the door and seated at 5:00 and was eating by 5:30.
