Review #50!
Crossed my great white buffalo moozarell off the bucket list today. This place is the Sistine chapel of pizza for me. The oven and the fire in there is better than anything I’ve ever seen. The sauce - perfect amount of sweet and tangy. The cheese - perfect pull and milky taste. The basil - perfect. The dough is what stands out to me the most. Closest I’ve experienced to what you get in Italy but he can still get it so this and airy and crispy. Can’t wait to get back some day. And I got to take a picture with Mark as well.
Calzone was tremendous as well and I don’t even like calzones… the sauce too… ooof madone!
Drill it!
