Luigi's Coal Oven Pizza

Great pie. I had the marinara slices on the bottom. Not too heavy, minimal flop, great crust.

Great spot.. tiny good bar we went on fri night no wait., bad ass oven.. we had chick parm and Eggplant parm very very good.. perfectly cooked not over cooked pasta.. pizza next time for sure..

3rd time. Have asked for thin, crispy and charred… this time better, still not good enough for coal ovens. If they had served this to Dave Portnoy, might not have gotten a 7.5…. A bit disappointing,… not bad, but not up to expectations.

Really great pizza. Lift up a slice it stands straight out. Great tasting.

The overall flavor was good but there was no undercarriage. It was a floppy mess!

As good as it gets in south Florida. I would definitely recommend. Undercarriage was cooked beautifully. Definitely have had better sauce in CT and NY but Luigi’s did a great job.

Amazing pizza. Probs best in Fort Lauderdale

Edible but nothing to get excited about. Major floppage. There’s better pizza spots around this area.

So I ordered the Margherita Napoletana “The Original” and I must say it wasn’t wow like the pizza location looks cool but the pizza itself wasn’t good.

Mighty good Frankie

I ordered Pop’s pizza. The pie had a very nice char on the bottom and excellent crunch on the bite. The sauce has a pleasant tomato flavor as well.

The sauce keeps it being world class, but still a great pie. Won’t be unhappy with stopping here.

Liza was thin and crispy, the side is well balanced and just kissed with a slight slight char.. just perfect

Light crust,good cheese.

Coal fire at Luigi’s is fantastic. No flop tremendous coal flavoring throughout.
