One bite, everybody knows the rules... but let’s face it. Dave never just takes one bite before reviewing pizza, so I took some bites outta one of these slices. Anyway, Luigi’s was featured on Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. They’ve changed locations since then and have drastically changed for the better. Their yelp reviews are tremendously good also. This is one of the few restaurants that is still in business after being featured on that show... okay, now for the pizza. Solid choice for sure. Little to no flop-factor. The base crust is ever so slightly thicker than NY style. Nice crunch, too! Sauce is a bit on the sweeter side, but is complimented with what I taste to be very authentic cheese. Absolutely delicious. Nice bubbles and boiling throughout the cheese as well. Outer crust has great crunch as well. Overall, this is some pretty good pizza considering all their food is cooked by real Italian natives. I enjoyed every bite. You be the judge.
