Luigi's Pizza

The great Gio did it again with the fresh mozzarella pie. He makes his pizza with such precision, he gently places the mozzarella on the fresh that is layered with his homemade sauce. Yes one slice did get stuck to the top of the box, but that’s because I rushed it over from Brooklyn to Staten Island because I had to catch the Royal Rumble. There are 3 pizza days ya gotta have, The Rumble, The Super Bowl, and Mania. We start out right with the Rumble, next week we does the Super Bowl. Edit: Fuck I thought this was the great Gio’s Luigi’s. Eh whatever the rating still sticks.

Great regular cheese pizza and garlic knots

The Sicilian got meat hello!!! I knew just by looking at the Sicilian slice that it was going to be much better then the regular slice. Regular was thin, super hot, burnt my mouth and basically melted everything. Crust was so so, no flop, but the star of the show was the Sicilian. Not to thick, just the right amount of sauce, very tasty, end crust was crispy. Go Sicilian here all the way!!! 7.5 plus for Sicilian, lows 6 for regular.

Thin slices, good sauce and cheese no weird after taste. Dough could taste better. Very oily.
