Luigi's Pizza

Luigi’s pizza has quite possibly the most perfect crunch on a slice I’ve ever had outside of your classic bar pie. I can understand how some would rate it so highly and it will no doubt get a great score from me. However, I gotta knock it down a couple of points as the sauce didn’t exactly wow me and it felt like I got jipped on a small slice of the pie they cut. Just means I’ll have to come back another time. And in this case we’ll do the cool high school teacher method here, giving it an 8.4 base score and allow for test corrections to get a better grade.
