Lutina's Pizza

I haven't been here in probably 10 years. Big mistake. This is my kind of pizza. The crust is on the softer side and the cheese has a very chewy bite. As far as flop - the right fold technique will level it out. The sauce is really good and overall there is a subtle salty flavor. I probably haven't gone because the Abacoa explosion put a lot of pizza places closer to home. Don't forget the original "little guys". This reminds me of the pizza from places like New Jersey. Because it caters to my personal preferences I give it 8.1.
