Giving it a 10.0 because I didn’t think a true authentic Neapolitan style pizza like this was possible in Florida, yet alone on cocoa beach.

Thin strips of spicy salami and pepperoni were a nice change from classic pepperoni; however, the pizza was undercooked and very greasy. Sauce didn’t come through like I wanted. The cheese and pepperoni were the only things working for it.

These guys are straight off the boat from Napoli. Fun energetic guys that make a damn good pizza. This is a real traditional italian pizza. Great sauce, nice light thin crust that carries the ingredients well with just a little flop, fresh mozzarella, and the spicy pepperoni was phenomenal.

The cheese, the sauce and the dough; all of it is high quality and fresh. And the guys making it are also fresh off the boat from Italy. Even though “Napoletana” isn’t my style, its still good pizza.
