Nice looking pie. The crust had a good char but the undercarriage had zero crisp. It was kind of doughy. Lots of grease and flop. The sauce and cheese was good but didn’t blow me away. I really enjoyed this pie and the beer was good.

Tomatoes tasted very fresh and had great flavor. Cheese wasn’t anything too special. Undercarriage was above average. Overall pretty good but the ratio of bread to cheese and sauce was a little off for my liking.
