Coal fired Trenton classic tomato pie with a thin and light crust. Less than 10 minutes from Palermo’s. Crust flavor is better than Palermo’s (coal fire more than likely attributed). I liked Marcello’s tomato sauce better (my son liked Palermo’s better). The mozzarella was very fresh (you could taste the creaminess and it was stringy)
[One negative was the bottom was burned black on 2 slices, I get coal fire where you get char, but some of the slices were uneatable - nice staff took a few $ to compensate which was 👍]
