Eggplant Parm slice. Nice eggplant, lots of cheese, nice job on the crust. I was hoping for more sauce. The counter servers are speaking Arabic and that’s a first for me in NYC.

perfect amount of sauce to cheese ratio, great crisp, a thin crust by appearance but has the doughy good taste and the sauce taste is immaculate really surprised me

Sauce and cheese ratio perfection, could have been slightly crispier. Crust thickness was on point.

It’s a little higher because I was hungry but all in all pretty good. It had a thin crust and the sauce was very flavorful. Not the greatest but definitely good
