This place closed and was replaced by Carbones Pizzeria which is the one I'm reviewing.
It's old school, woodfired pizza and it's absolutely delicious.
It's got very little flop, a great undercarriage with nice dark chat marks, zero grease, delicious, tangy sauce, quality toppings, and a great crunch to the light, fluffy crust.
It's an 8.1 all day long.
