Great Pizza

Floppy, too much cheese.

It was a traditional old school pizza with pepperoni. Not a fan of the crust but I can’t hate it.

Favorite spot in Schenectady

Solid slice. Sauce was sweet, cheese was good. That said, crust wasn’t great and a little more flop than I’d like. Overall a good pizza though, lots of flavor.

Cheese a bit chewy, and heavy on oregano and spice, but overall pretty good.

Marinos Flying Pizza! This is BY FAR my favorite pizza spot in upstate NY! Cash only, opens at 4:00pm. Every ingredient on this pie is insanely fresh, and packed with flavor. There is zero flop, the crust is thin, crunchy on the outside with an easy to chew through inside. The sauce is incredible! I wish they sold it separately. Super fresh, packed with flavor, beautiful tang and it’s in every bite. The cheese is stupid good! Perfect amount of stretch, there’s just enough of it and it’s exploding with flavor! If you enjoy pizza and supporting local business, you HAVE to give Marinos a try - it’s absolutely worth it! Also, the mozz sticks are fuego!

Crispy crust, some flop. Dave, this place only takes cash and they’re Boston fans. When you’re in Saratoga next summer, make a stop here.

Sauce was ok, cheese was quality and shredded in house, and the dough was homemade. This pizza is a little thicker and doughy, which isn’t my favorite. It was very oily and had flip, which knocked the points on the score. To be fair, they were really busy. Overall good pizza.

Sauce is solid with a nice tang. The thing is this pie is too doughy for me. I would like a thinner crispier pie. Maybe it’s an off night.

Ok I’m from new haven so put this in perspective, this is not good pizza like bar pizza but worst. What a let down how did this place get a 7.8 WTF.5.1
