Eye test- hopeful, which in hindsight, post bite is a lie Ratio- no issues, it’s perfect Execution- no issue, baked appropriately, nothing jumps out with regard to quality of ingredients Sauce- unremarkable, has very little spice. Borders on the weak spot, there’s simply no taste. Tastes like paste not sauce. Viscosity is fine. Cheese- Solid. A bit of funk and flavor but not overpowering. Nice chew, not too soft or tough. Just right. The strength of this slice Overall- taste like any other slice, not special or travel worthy Dough - no flavor.
