Average… good for football.

Eye test- hopeful, which in hindsight, post bite is a lie Ratio- no issues, it’s perfect Execution- no issue, baked appropriately, nothing jumps out with regard to quality of ingredients Sauce- unremarkable, has very little spice. Borders on the weak spot, there’s simply no taste. Tastes like paste not sauce. Viscosity is fine. Cheese- Solid. A bit of funk and flavor but not overpowering. Nice chew, not too soft or tough. Just right. The strength of this slice Overall- taste like any other slice, not special or travel worthy Dough - no flavor. Reasonable crunch Joe Biden once said, “I support the little guy.” I support exceptional pizza, and this is simply average neighborhood pie

Pretty standard “football pizza”. Quality ingredients. Good overall taste.

Had the Emma pizza. Paper thin, nice crisp and char, perfect cheeses to sauce ratio. Little on the bland side, needed salt. But other wise your into thin pizza this is for you

Thick & doughy, plenty of cheese, very hearty & sweet sauce with chunks of tomato...your standard “football pizza” with quality taste. While ownership has changed over the years, the consistency hasn’t. You can set your watch to this solid neighborhood pizzeria.

First off this thing is so greasy Chris Christie can use it to lube up to fit his fat ass through a doorway, and it would still have too much grease left over. That being said. Lots of flop, not a sloppy flop, but big flop. This is a hearty slice. I mean the weight and density is thick. No crisp on the underside, crust is ok. Lots of cheese, sauce has a bit too much oregano in it. This pizza isn’t anything special.

Tasty sauce, nicely crunchy crust. Standard cheese. Consistently good

My kids grew up on this pizza. You’re not going to find a better slice in Essex County.
