Mark Anthony’s Pizza

This is one that I wish I could have had fresh as I know it would score higher. Unfortunately they only sell a 16 inch pizza and I wasn’t that hungry. So a reheated slice would have to do. This is a very good slice. The cheese, sauce, and crust were all very good. Cheese had a good flavor, sauce was savory and not sweet (which it should always be), and the crust had a good crunch while also being soft inside. I’m gonna have to come back and get a fresh pizza in the future.

First pizza review. Mark Anthony’s. Ordered the everything pizza and a white pizza with pepperoni. First thing that comes to mind after trying this pie - big and heavy. Tons of flop like flop city, you almost are required to eat this with a fork as it almost presents itself more like an open faced calzone more so than a pizza slice. Extremely greasy which, for me, I like’em clean and I like’em greasy so you’ll hear no complaint from me fat is flavor and I will die on that hill. Only minor thing I could have done without would have been the grease leaking like THROUGH the box and onto my arm turning my casual carriage of pizza into my house quickly turned into a hasty trot and balancing act through the kitchen and into the bathroom. Now the white pizza did hold up slightly better than the other as there wasn’t as much topping but all in all there was like no undercarriage to speak on was SO floppy like where the toppings and cheese sort of just slide off like they’re on a marinara water slide cuz they are. Ingredients are top notch tho I scarfed the fuck out of 3 slices going back and forth between the fork and paper planing it like a boxing match. I think Dave would rate this a low 7 or a high 6. I love food tho I’m gonna go 7.8. Their marinara is really top notch stuff tho has just the right amount of sweetness and feel like it’s been simmering on grandma’s stove torturing your nostrils all day I would call that like an 8.7
