Mattingly's Sports Bar & Grill

Good news out of Mattinglys in St. Charles. One of their ingredients in their Deluxe pizza is now WATER. This was the floppiest, wettest, goop of a crust thanks to a sub-par oven temp and incapable kitchen staff. Bring a fork….and order a sandwich.

Good crust. Crispy, good consistency throughout. Plenty of cheese and toppings. Sauce was pleasant. Nice solid pie.

A lot of great of grease and too much flop for my liking. Overall a good pizza though.

For buffet pizza ($7.99 only) this place is pretty damn good. The crust should be crispier which is holding the score back but a good sweet sauce makes this a good cheap stop for mass amounts of food.

Not to mention it was on a Wednesday night special. Top notch.
