Above average pizza. I’m a sucker for breadcrumb on the bottom and edge of the crust. It was crispy and thin, very light airy dough. Sauce was good, the tomato flavor definitely shined through and it had some mild to maybe even slightly moderate tang to it. If having more cheese is your thing, this fits the bill. Is Matt an Italian name? The guy behind the counter was Italian, and the one in the far back might of been Mexican. Neither of which looked like a Matt. Either way, Good Job Matt, quality slice.
