Good flavor, really soupy in the middle. Crispy crust. May have been less floppy with plain cheese.

Flavorful and yummy. Crunchy crust. Cheese is A+. Sauce also tasty.

Really good pizza. Was a bit floppy on the ends but crispier towards the crust which was fire. Think if you ate it at the store it’d be better. I brought it home and didn’t hold great. Could’ve been more crisp. Will get again. Very good pie.

Pros: super thin, light, well proportioned sauce/cheese, solid maillard on the cheese. Cons: floppy, no undercarriage color, no depth of flavor in the crust or sauce.

Lots of flop on the carry out. But great flavors, great crust. Would probably be better eaten in restaurant. It’s a great attempt at a NY style pizza in the midwest!
