Mellow Mushroom Clearwater

Pizza come out hot! Crust is a little gluey but sauce for sure saves it with a healthy tomato punch and cheese is great! Would recommend but not the best I have had.

Greasy cheesy slice. Decent flop lacking some flavor (maybe with the sauce). Crust has a franchise taste to him.

This is my second time trying Mellow Mushroom. I have been to the Delray Beach location right by the famous Atlantic Ave strip, but they closed down around covid time. 1. I was very impressed by the perfect fresh tasting dough. They say they use spring water to make it with. Cheese is a good quality tasting product. 2. The sauce had a slight sweetness to it but had an over powering taste of basil in it. I know people who love basil a lot and would appreciate this but, to me, it took away from enjoying the rest of the flavors. 3. This is the Clearwater location. They only seem to be down the whole West Coast of Florida now and many in the Orlando area. 4. Overall I definitely would return, beats out many other places here in town!

Pepperoni, black olive, jalapeño Really solid pizza for a franchised pizza restaurant. Dough was soft on the inside but crust still had a nice crisp crunch to it.

Good taste and atmosphere but too chewy and greasy for me

Always solid. Had the shiitake pizza for the first time and a new favorite. Crust for all pizzas have a sweetness to them and crispy. Recommend.

The buffalo chicken pizza was amazing. Lots of Buffalo flavor with the creamy blue cheese to cool it down. Big slices of bacon!

Cheese pizza is a 7.1, sauce has a can taste to it. However the buffalo pizza is an 8.1. Very tasty.

Alright Dave. Not a cheese slice, but boy it don’t matter. This slice here teases you, tickles you, and by golly it’ll make you happier than pit in mud. Come hungry, leave dirty.
