It’s good - nothing to write home about. They cut pizza into little little squares - unconventional.

Been eatting at the Pot for 25+ years and the fresh cheeses, meats, cracker thin crust and the pizzaz sauce is king.

Nicely done on the crust, beautiful crunch, like a cracker. This place has been around for 50 years! Overall flavor is great.

The locals will tell you this pizza is the best they ever had. Those same people havnt been outside of the Royal. It is dank tho. Cut into squares, small slices. No flop. Good flavor. The rumor around town is it’s frozen crust, which I’m still investigating. Good stuff. If you’re around town try it out. I wouldn’t drive far for it though. And that’s on Dale.

The whole time I’ve lived in the valley people have raved about this. Finally made the trip and am extremely disappointed. It’s better than the chain pizza places but not by much.

Solid pizza, thin and crispy with good toppings, sauce has a decent kick to it

big time let down. after seeing great reviews i really expected more. the main positive was the crust which was crispy but lacked flavor (as did the sauce and cheese.)

Cracker type crust, some flop, some grease, but a nice crisp. Not everyone's type of pizza for sure, but still good pizza.

I grew up eating Melting Pot. The crust is perfect, cracker thin and delicious. The sauce and spices are always consistent. For the many years it has been around, the quality and taste has never changed. I get this when I’m home to see family, take it back and freeze it. It warms back up in the oven exactly the way it’s meant to be...even 2.5 hrs away.

Not your typical pizza. Thin crust but softer and lighter than typical crusts. Good sauce, solid crisp. Would be interested to see how the pizza would stand if cut more traditionally.

I really wanted to like it more. I guess I should have gotten the “pazzazz” sauce that has roasted red pepper and garlic. The crust is thin and crispy cracker crust. Saltines have more flavor. The cheese is flavorless. The sauce is meh. Glad I got half with toppings. I really wanted to like this based on the reviews. I’ll come back and try the Pazzazz sauce but this is a pizza made for toppings. Cheese pizza eaters beware.

Start from the middle and eat your way out.. best flavoring. Pizza is the best VA has to offer. So good Muhammad Ali labeled it the “knock out pie”
