Memphis Pizza Cafe

Got a half pepperoni & buffalo chicken. I like the thinness & crispiness of the pizza. Ingredients were good as well. I personally like a little more sauce. My ranks are always based on the pepperoni or cheese. My wife liked it a lot and says 9.2 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great vibe. Very nice staff. Almost no flop. Great crunch. A bit greasy. Couple different types of pepperoni on it and they were extremely overpowering. Would have been high 7 if not so greasy. Would return tho.

When the pizza is cooked correctly it’s an easy 8, when it’s been sitting around or undercooked it falls into low 7s. Crust Is super thin but no flop when cooked long enough. It’s like a cracker you can’t stop eating. Happy I got a good one today. Best in a long time actually. All types are great from plain cheese to the household favorite Cajun chicken supreme, a flavor profile not usually seen. Keep up the quality pies

Good flop. Not much grease. 70:30 cheese to tomato sauce ratio. Crust is real flaky like the top crust of an apple pie. Sprinkled pepper to give it a good spicy kick. Workers seemed rad since they digged the Zeppelin shirt I wore.
