First impression, the presentation is on point. It’s a good looking pie. However, I think this is a preference pizza. I could see where people may love this one for the texture. For me, I would like less cheese and pepperoni on top. I just like when the pepperoni crisps up a little. Now I didn’t know that this was how it came to order. Had I known, I would have modified the pizza. The pepperoni under the cheese gives the pizza somewhat of a wet bite. Again, just not my preference. On a side note, it’s a great atmosphere, and there’s many other Italian dishes on the menu.
