Reviewing the plain slice. This, This right here. Is what I'm fucking talking about. 🥲 Your average NY slice of pizza. Pretty light, great crust. No flop. That sauce. Wow. Makes me miss Long Island. Love it.

Served very warm in 3-4 minutes with medium flop and moderately crispy. There is a LOT of sauce that has zero tang or seasoning. It’s also very sweet. The cheese is better than average but oily and bland. There is also a LOT of cheese and the crust was okay at best. If they can improve their dough recipe, sauce / cheese ratio and improve the seasoning, this could hit the mid to high 7.0’s. Pro tip: ask for your slice extra hot, that additional 1-2 minutes will help.

Every time I’m in croton I always stop here. And some times just purposely drive 40 minutes to come here. Very great pizza. Specialty pizzas are like nothing you’ve seen before

Chicken scarpiello. Very good. Kinda greesy and I wish the chicken pieces were a little smaller

Overall good football pizza, no major weaknesses

A little too small to be a football pizza, but a football pizza at heart. The sauce is sweet, the crust holds its own (no flop), and it's appropriately greasy. Been eating here for ~20 years, never disappointed

Good, solid slice. No flop, a little greasy. Sauce is a bit sweet. Cheese is alright. Dependable, go-to slice.
