5 is what I call bare bones minimum to be considered pizza which is actually equates to a good enough to try score. Being from Jersey I am very tough scorer.
Crust crisp and had a bit of a chew. Cooked on a stone I believe. Definitely not a screen which helps. Pepperoni wasn’t really powerful but wasn’t tasteless either. Cheese was a bit chewy but not overly. Sauce was not tangy enough for me but for some they may enjoy. Overall I think this pizza would have a wide spectrum of taste appeal. Restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere.
