MidiCi Neopolitan Pizza - San Mateo

So far the best bread and crisp I’ve had. The bread carried the pizza. Would give a 9.1 for bread alone. But for the pizza, the cheese was gummy, sauce was okay, not enough of it.

Disappointing. Fresh out of the oven the crust was crisp and good. Mid way through however and it lost anything good it had going for it. The sauce was flavorful in the rare bites where there was enough of it. The cheese was rubbery and lacked any flavor.
