Miguel's Pizza

Looks great, good presentation and solid toppings. Undercooked crust and not a ton of flavor on the sauce. The venue is pretty awesome but sadly the pizza does not taste as good as it looks.

This pizza has more flop than LeBron James in the playoffs. The cheese slides right off the pizza. There’s more grease on it than a teenage boys face. It’s hands down one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The only thing this place has going for it is the location and scenery.

Solid pizza. Definitely not worth the hype but overall was a solid pizza after a long day of hiking. If you’re in area, should definitely make a stop.

Very good pizza. Order the pizza WELL WELL DONE and they did it to perfection. Alfredo sauce, pepperoni, sausage, double mushrooms, and garlic made it very good. Definitely a great little spot and the inside is a pretty chill vibe.

Good-tasting pizza, though it carried a lot of grease. I needed to soak some up with a napkin so it wasn’t so heavy. A lot of flop and hardly any crunch. Still, I ate several pieces and it tasted good. The pepperonis they use are great and the atmosphere is unbeatable with both outdoor and indoor tables. There is even a basketball court in the middle. Obviously, a famous gorge staple and would definitely return as I’ve been here multiple times before. Everyone should experience at least once!

Got Brisket, peppers, & jalapeños. Lots of flop but the flavor was good. Very cool place and staff very friendly.

Big on flop, big on toppings. Great cheese, sauce, and awesome meats. Where's that char? We recooked on the campfire and took it to a 7.1 All that work to pull it too early and leave a chewy dough. Gotta have that undercarriage. "Let it cook" Everybody knows the rules!

After a day of climbing we devoured 4 pies. Definitely had the hunger boost, and a bit of flop. Tangy sauce and didn’t fall apart. Definitely can hold its own though.

Devoured 2 large pizzas. One with just cheese and the other had only pepperoni and banana peppers. Pizza was great but not as good as it could be. After Hiking 15 miles it was a lot better than it looked. I recommend using more toppings and using their house hot sauce on the table.

Let me tell you something. Imagine going out and climbing all day eating nothing but granola crap. You have been working up a big appetite for dinner, anything at the end of the day should be heaven. You would think pizza would satisfy this deep hunger however, Miguel’s just doesn’t do it. The atmosphere here is great and the people are better, but the pizza pshhhhhh forget about it. Have fun waiting for 3+ hours and getting nothing but okay ish pizza.

Plain cheese and brisket with peppers. Very little flop. Nice undercarriage. Made in "thirds" so you can do three different pizzas in one. Very cool system and topping selection. We will be back! 8.9

Good crust, decent undercarriage. All the characteristics of the pizza were there other than the taste. Little to no tomato sauce which is what makes the pizza.
