Mikey's Pizza

Always hunting for a good pizza. Who'd have guessed this little kiosk at Crocker would be the place for the best pizza in the Cleveland market. I like to order at least 2 different times to see is there's consistency in the product. I had my 2nd order yesterday and it was a good as the 1st. Light, thin, crunchy crust with zero flop, great undercarriage, tangy sauce and not too greasy. Great pizza and it's far better than anything in little Italy, eat side or west.

It’s a 3.1 only because the toppings and cheese were okay. Not as good as a Tony’s $3 frozen pizza cooked in a microwave, but they were okay. I’m sorry folks, I see these big numbers this place is posting and I just really hope I got them on a bad night. Because if this was what ALL pizza tasted like, this app wouldn’t exist and no one would ever eat pizza. The crust was *literally* like a cardboard circle that had been covered in cornmeal and then singed with a piece of burning plastic. The sauce would have been runny if it had been warm. And there was a coating of grease in the sauce like it was just another layer. I took 4 bites, closed it, and you can see where the rest of it ended up. This was a lukewarm circle of garbage. I would rather eat Brussels sprouts in a bowl of coleslaw than ever take another bite of this pizza. But like I said, all of you other reviewers can’t be wrong. I’m sure it was just tonight. But I promise you I’m never going to find out. Woof.

Great little area with a nice outdoor food setup area. Crumble crust with tangy sauce and heavy cheese. Fresh pie may be the way to go.

I like pizza-by-the-slice. This had good undercarriage & crust. A little too greasy & needed more zing to sauce. Liked it, didn’t love it.

Outstanding NY style pie! This is the “Notorious”. Great crust, solid undercarriage, crispy, perfect topping, cheese, sauce ratio, killer taste. Plain cheese probably in the 8’s easily. What a gem this place is! Our go to. That’s a review.

Damn good pizza. A little flop but not too much. NY style with Ohio vibes. The bacon pie was insanely good. Would recommend.

Best New York slice in Cleveland to date, would definitely recommend extra cheese, I can say pretty confidently this enhanced the score. Flop to crust ratio on point, all around delicious flavor and the smell will take you to your favorite New York pizza joint.

A little greasy but that’s the only thing wrong with this. Crisp in every bite. Solid pizza.

Crispy Crust. Tangy, not too sweet. Cheese was alright. Pepperoni was on point. Not much of a flop.

Eat it if you’re starving. If not, get a hot and ready before this slice.

Good crust, reheated in the oven to a great crisp and crunch. Cheese was forgettable, unlike the sauce that had a sweet preservative taste.
