Milano's N.Y. Pizza

Crust has a nice crunch and minimal flop, but it seems they use pre-shredded cheese. Pizza had minimal color and almost no char. Sauce is sweeter than I typically like it with some oregano flavor. Not a terrible pizza, but not the best I’ve had.
