Modern Apizza

Where do I begin with this! I came here directly after leaving Sally's and being a little disappointed with their pie. I had slightly lower expectations with modern than I did for the big two on Wooster Street, but holy hell was this good! There was an hour and a half wait, but you can order takeout out of the side parking lot and get it in a much more timely manner, which is what I did. It took a little under a half hour before the cook brought my pizza right out of the back door of the kitchen. There was a nice fire pit in the rear of the parking lot which is where we ate LOL! The flavor on this pizza was unlike anything I'd ever had! Absolutely amazing sauce to go along with a nice airy crust with excellent crunch at the bottom! This was the best pizza I've ever had in my life, and I'm crossing my fingers that I can find a place that can top it!
