This is the best pizza that I have had in Salisbury since starting these reviews.
MoJo’s: Brick oven pizza with a flavorful, crispy crust. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Tangy sauce with a slightly burnt undercarriage that adds to the overall flavor of the pie. Only reason I’m going below 8 is because there was a portion of unevenly spread cheese that didn’t fully melt the way I like. Also, after a 20 minute drive home the pizza gained a little flop. If I was able to eat this pizza in the restaurant I’m confident that we would be in the mid-8 range or above.
