Honestly a pretty good pizza. Not a lot of flop, good cheese to sauce ratio, solid crust. Even better considering it’s in Hong Kong, restaurant had some great music going as well.

A bit in the bland side. Chewy, doughy crust, no hint of salty or sweet in the cheese or sauce. Typical boring hk margherita. Gustaci, Motorino, Pizza Project, it’s like they’re all made in the same factory somewhere. Not “bad” but certainly over-hyped.
