Great place to get an authentic NY slice.

A bit in the bland side. Chewy, doughy crust, no hint of salty or sweet in the cheese or sauce. Typical boring hk margherita. Gustaci, Motorino, Pizza Project, it’s like they’re all made in the same factory somewhere. Not “bad” but certainly over-hyped.

Excellent pie good sauce, pepperoni and mushrooms. A must try in HK.

Honestly a pretty good pizza. Not a lot of flop, good cheese to sauce ratio, solid crust. Even better considering it’s in Hong Kong, restaurant had some great music going as well.
