Crust had good crisp and undercarriage was solid, but there was way too much cheese for this to be a high score. The ranches were delicious but carried the pizza to a degree.

Fancier New York style with excellent cheese and sauce. Good undercarriage but still a fair amount of flop, could be left in the oven a little longer to crisp it up. They also have a great white pizza.

Best pie I’ve ever had. Margarita Pizza
