Mountain Mike's Pizza

I actually didn’t have high hopes, but this outperformed expectations. Cheese was uniquely tangy but very viscous. Sauce was not really a factor. Surprisingly decent!

The toppings were really good. Crisp curled pepperonis and bacon. But sadly, the crust brings this score way down. Thick and flavorless. Also lacked sauce. Nothing worse than a dry pie.

Listen, I love this pizza if it is a specialty pizza. But the cheese only is a mediocre football pizza. You can tell the sauce is missing something.
