Mr. Pizza Pasta House. Are you Mr. Pizza? Or are you Mr. Pasta? I could tell ya this you should damn proud if ya Mr. Pizza because this is a damn good pie. Dare I say a hidden gem. It’s in a strip mall buried amongst a bunch of stores. But this place deserves to stand alone. A nice traditional hot pie. Good sauce a little on the salty side but good salty. Dough was a little tough but that’s alright by me. This is a wise slice. If this pizza can talk it would be a shop steward for a local carpenters union. The Architect was also very complimentary of the staff, he said they were intense and all business. We like that here. We don’t want dopes behind the counter filming tiktoks. We want hard working people. That’s what we want. Also 18 dollars for the pie. That’s what I’m talking about. You can keep your artisan pizza bullshit in the other boroughs, and your over price New Haven style. Give me a 18 dollar hot traditional piece, made by craftsman. That’s what you get from Mr. Pizza and Pasta House. If you live that area this should be your go to. Also Strip Mall Pizzerias for whatever reason are belting out great pies Amore, Villa Monte, now this. So go shopping for a pair of glasses next door, then stop in there for a hot slice that has so much wisdom it would tell ya that a dollar saved is a dollar earned.
