I only get the thin crust NY style here, and that’s what this review is for.. Cornmeal on the bottom. Nice crisp. Despite the thin crust, still feels a bit heavy. Maybe too heavy. They use quite a lot of cheese. Typical Italian seasoning on it as you see all around WNY. In this area, this thin crust is an oasis considering all of the Heavy, greasy, spongy Buffalo style slop you see around here. Good sauce. Ok cheese, and lots of it. Nice crispy thin crust.
