Nannie Franco's Pizzeria

I don’t get the low scores for this place. Someone must’ve dropped them on their heads as children or something.. Two things stand out about their pies: they have a very delicate soft and very flavorful dough and the sauce is great. It’s gonna flop on because they went for l texture over no flop, which tends to be a slightly tougher skin on the bottom of the crust. The cheese is pretty good too. I don’t think it’s just mozzarella.
