One of the best slices I have had in New York. The flavor of sauce and ratio to cheese is perfect. The dough has the right amount of crisp. Fell apart a little bit but everything else was there

Under carriage is salted quite a bit. Cheese is good and sauce I would like a bit more. Was a bit oily. If they ease up on salted undercarriage would be even better
