The crust was doughy but not too crunchy or floury. The cheese sauce ratio was perfect without too much oil. Of course the extra Parmesan black pepper and red pepper flakes on top complete it!

Under carriage is salted quite a bit. Cheese is good and sauce I would like a bit more. Was a bit oily. If they ease up on salted undercarriage would be even better
