Not a bad pizza. The dough is a bit more chewy than I prefer. Has a great crunch though. Had a great, sturdy undercarriage. Too much cheese. If it was just a bit less cheese would be very good. I understand neapolitan pizza to be mozz, tomato and basil.. theirs is just a cheese pizza. Flavors are great. All in all if the crust was a bit firmer and crunchier with less cheese would be great!
