Overall an extremely mediocre pie. The pizza is thin crust like NYC pizza but that’s about it. The dough is cardboard like and leaves a lot to be desired. The dough is soft with no crunch and the undercarriage has no char. The cheese tastes really basic and the pie needs more tomato sauce. I will say the herbs in the tomato sauce taste great.
