On my way home from the Adirondack region and to my surprise, I haven’t rated it until now.
Pickup window is in the back, interesting how it’s literally next door to an apartment building. The pizza itself is pretty good, let’s break it down.
The cheese was literally 30 seconds away from being cooked fully but it was warm so the flavor was still there. The dough is great! Nice and crispy throughout with a light and airy crust. The sauce is light and lacked any flavor. It’s fresh but spread too thin.
