Celiac / GF Review: Great service and friendly
atmosphere. When we mentioned a gluten allergy, they asked if it was celiac to limit cross contamination as much as possible. We appreciate that!
Pizzas were amazing ! The GF crust was airy and thick Sicilian style. We always appreciate GF pies that are not your typical cauliflower crust cardboard type.
Bonus for non-GF folks, there is a brewery right next door, although they also serve seltzers.
I would put this GF pizza right up there with Blue Pan Pizza's GF Detroit style in Denver/Golden, CO, Belladina's Pizzeria GF Sicilian style in Greenville, South Carolina and Tony's GF Sicilian and Detroit
styles in San Francisco. You won't be disappointed.
