New York Style Pizza & Gyros

This is a hidden gem, y'all! Owner was nice enough to accommodate my request to bake the pie a little longer. Wanted some crisp on the crust. Pepperoni and cheese pizza came out perfect. Nice sauce, crispy crust and perfect amount of cheese with a little drip. Just how I like it! Definitely recommend and will be back soon. 👌

This review is for the NY style pizza. This pie is chef’s specialty (Tony from brooklynn). Authentic New York pizza, we went with the gold medal slice (straight cheese) and it did not disappoint. Cheese and sauce were delicious and unique... and then I had a bite of the actual crust. Tony uses a secret olive oil mix on crust and it is A game changer. This pie is the second highest scoring pie in my pizza career only beaten out by the Chicago pie here at Tony’s.

okay went with the gold medal slice here. Cheese and sauce dominate the flavor profile. Pie’s lightness makes it easy to eat. Good crisp, not great. Oil layer on end of crust made for a delicious finale to the slice. Real good pie. Worth driving across town for.

Just greasy and floppy. The crust could have been much crisper. Nice garlic butter around the crust, still getting slight hint of freezer-burn taste.
