Nick's New Haven Style Pizzeria and Bar

As a pizza reviewer, you know you made the big time when you could review a pizza place in New Haven Connecticut. I was talking with fellow reviewers and realized during my NY trip coming up it would be 1 and a half hours drive out of my way, so I came to Coral Springs and discovered the next best thing. 1. Some of the highest rated pizza spots are in New Haven. There is Sallys, Frank Pepe and Modern. All with rating in the high 9 catagory. 2.They have 2 brick ovens built right into the walls. It cooks at over 750 degrees. The signature browning is what all New Haven pizza looks like. 3. There is a uniqueness to the flavor of the sauce, which I can't say exactly what it is, but it's very good. Cheese and dough all quite enjoyable. 4. They only sell whole pies starting at about 15 dollar including the tax. 5. My rating 8.4
