The breadsticks are great. As for the pizza, the crust is nice and crispy. Sauce is good. Meats are good. Veggies are a little crunchy. I ordered no mushrooms and this bad boy is loaded. It could also use more cheese.

I tried to be non-bias from my nostalgia after moving away from the region with Noble Romans. I went with the only thing I know at NR, the Sicilian style. I do not believe any other style here would be even close to an 8.1. Being near detroit, this pie can hang with most of the big dogs in this style, which seems weird to say. Sauce is great, crisp on the roni and crust. Dough could use a little more flavor, but extremely light.

It was too floppy and was doughy. The sauce was ok, but it needed more cheese.

Good football pizza ; amazing crust - def an upgrade from normal Noble Roman’s of my childhood!
