Noble Roman's Craft Pizza & Pub

I tried to be non-bias from my nostalgia after moving away from the region with Noble Romans. I went with the only thing I know at NR, the Sicilian style. I do not believe any other style here would be even close to an 8.1. Being near detroit, this pie can hang with most of the big dogs in this style, which seems weird to say. Sauce is great, crisp on the roni and crust. Dough could use a little more flavor, but extremely light.
